Oven Types

ALL TYPES OF OVEN

There are several different types of ovens available for use in the kitchen. Some of the most common include:

Conventional ovens:

These ovens have a heating element at the bottom and another at the top, which allows for heat to circulate throughout the oven. They are typically found in most homes and are used for a variety of cooking tasks, such as baking, roasting, and broiling.

Convection ovens:

These ovens also have heating elements at the bottom and top, but they also have a fan that circulates the hot air throughout the oven. This allows for food to cook more evenly and quickly. They are often used for baking and are also great for roasting meats.

Microwave ovens:

These ovens use microwave radiation to heat food. They are great for quickly reheating leftovers and cooking small dishes. They are also commonly used for defrosting frozen foods.

Toaster ovens:

These small ovens are designed for toasting bread, but can also be used for baking, broiling, and even roasting small dishes. They are great for small spaces and for those who don't need a full-size oven.

Steam ovens:

These ovens use steam to cook food. They are great for keeping food moist and can be used for a variety of dishes such as baking, steaming, and even roasting.

Combination ovens:

These ovens are combination of Microwave and conventional ovens. They are great for cooking and reheating food quickly and also used for baking, roasting and broiling.

Double ovens:

These ovens have two separate compartments, which allows you to cook different dishes at different temperatures at the same time. They are great for large families or for those who entertain often.

Each type of oven has its own unique set of features and capabilities, and the best oven for you will depend on your specific cooking needs and preferences.
